1. VOCs & Odor Control — RTO / RCO Systems

工业废气 · 蓄热/催化氧化与集成工艺

Regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO), regenerative catalytic oxidizers (RCO), and integrated trains with adsorption or concentration stages for solvent-based processes, coatings, printing, chemicals, and odorous exhaust streams.

Key benefits

  • High destruction efficiency for a wide VOC range when correctly sized; optional heat recovery to reduce auxiliary fuel consumption.
  • Configurable chamber geometry, valve trains, and hot-bypass strategies to match your airflow, particulate risk, and available footprint.
  • Integration with zeolite rotors, activated carbon, or scrubbers where the application requires concentration or pretreatment.
  • Factory-built structural modules and clear access for maintenance; documentation for overseas installation and commissioning.

Technical specifications (typical ranges — project-specific)

Treatment capacity (air) From ~5,000 Nm³/h to 100,000+ Nm³/h per train (multiple units for larger sites)
Thermal oxidizer type RTO (regenerative); RCO where catalyst suitability is confirmed for your compounds
Oxidation temperature (indicative) RTO: commonly 760–850 °C (set per pollutant); RCO: lower bed temperature with catalyst specification
Heat recovery Regenerative ceramic media; thermal efficiency subject to design (often 95% range for RTO in steady operation)
Pretreatment / integration Dust or droplet removal as required; concentration (e.g. zeolite rotor); explosion protection per hazard analysis
Compliance support Design basis tied to target emission limits; CE-oriented documentation available where applicable to the project

2. Dust & Fume Extraction

粉尘与烟气捕集 · 袋式 / 滤筒与管网系统

Pulse-jet baghouses, cartridge collectors, and engineered duct, hood, and fan packages for particulates, welding fumes, and dry process dusts—designed for stable pressure drop and safe maintenance access.

Key benefits

  • Correct air-to-cloth ratio and cleaning strategy for your dust properties—reducing blinded bags, excessive emissions, and unnecessary downtime.
  • Explosion venting, isolation, or suppression options discussed where ATEX-style hazard assessment applies to your process.
  • Matched fan duty and control philosophy to avoid unstable operation across filter loading cycles.
  • Turnkey documentation for duct routing, supports, and access platforms aligned with your building and crane reach.

Technical specifications (typical ranges — project-specific)

Air volume ~2,000 m³/h to 150,000+ m³/h depending on hood design and simultaneous use factors
Collector types Pulse-jet bag filter; cartridge collector; modular units for distributed sources
Filtration media Selected per dust chemistry, temperature, and moisture (polyester, aramid, PTFE, etc.)
Outlet concentration Designed against your target mg/Nm³; actual performance depends on inlet loading and maintenance
Pressure & energy System static pressure matched to fan selection; VFD optional for demand-based control
Discharge Rotary valve, screw, or bin arrangements; containment for hazardous or hygroscopic dusts as required

Applications

Metal fabrication & welding Wood & composite processing Cement, lime, and mineral handling Food & feed (where hygienic finishes apply) Battery & powder handling

3. Industrial Wastewater Treatment

工业废水 · 物化 + 生化集成装置

Physical-chemical units (DAF, reaction tanks), biological processes (MBBR, activated sludge), and membrane finishing (UF/MBR) assembled into skids or field-erected trains sized to your hydraulic load and discharge permit.

Key benefits

  • Process train matched to COD/BOD, oils, heavy metals, and TSS—not a one-size skid copied without inlet data.
  • Modular skids where they reduce site risk; larger concrete basins when hydraulic or seismic conditions favor civil works.
  • Instrumentation and control packages that operators can run with documented setpoints and alarm logic.
  • Support for sludge handling, chemical consumption estimates, and future capacity steps.

Technical specifications (typical ranges — project-specific)

Hydraulic capacity From small batch streams to 5,000+ m³/day (parallel lines for higher throughput)
Primary treatment Screening, equalization, DAF, coagulation/flocculation, pH correction
Biological stage MBBR, MBBR+IFAS variants, conventional activated sludge; MBR for stringent effluent
Tertiary / polishing Sand filtration, activated carbon, membrane steps as required by discharge limits
Sludge line Thickening, dewatering (filter press, screw press, centrifuge options subject to sludge characteristics)
Materials of construction CS, SS304/316, FRP, PP/PVC linings—selected for chemical compatibility

Applications

Chemical & fine chemical plants Food & beverage processing Electroplating & surface finishing Textile & dyeing Oil & grease laden industrial effluent
